Sarah was born and raised in Northern Ontario. She now calls rural Prince Edward Island her home.

Sarah has a degree in Communications from Florida Atlantic University and a diploma in Massage Therapy from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy.

Sarah is passionate about learning, she has an interest in holistic healing modalities, including Reiki and palliative massage. Sarah has completed additional certifications in Advanced Hydrotherapy, TMJ Dysfunction and Palliative Massage. 

Sarah is kind and compassionate; she works to support clients to achieve their wellness goals.
